I turned empty wall space into a thrift store bargain! I am starting to collect teapots and found both of these for $2.50 each. I found the shelf at a garage store and painted it white. I saw a photo of a collection of all white teapots that looks so beautiful, so I wanted to stay with white and thought the red would be a bright enough color to add to it. I found the pine cones for $.24 cents and the star at a local discount store. I covered the books with scrapbook paper to match the decor. What do you think?

Love the white teapots. Wrapping the books in paper was a great way to make them fit into the vignette.

Your little shelf is so cute and I like the teapots you have found. It is fun to begin a collection and see how it grows. I kept seeing clock faces on blogs and pinterest and began collecting. It didn't take long to have a decent set of clock faces for vignettes.
